This is a 3D model diagram of an originally designed engine cover front strip sealing strip punching and cutting machine. The punching method involves installing a high-speed motor, and the motor is to be installed at a specified distance. The punching distance can be adjusted. The cutting at both ends is done using a pneumatic cylinder blade, which is custom-made. There are engineering drawings inside, and the drawings have been used in actual production. The drawings feature many classic structures with many structures that can be referenced. The tooling principle is relatively simple: use the high-speed motor to install a drill of corresponding size for drilling the product. The drawings are very detailed, in SolidWorks 2018 format, and everyone is welcome to download.
