This equipment is used for rotor processing at a permanent magnet rotor manufacturer. The main function of the permanent magnet rotor snap ring machine is the snap ring assembly at the rotor bearing position. The permanent magnet rotor is placed on the rotor bracket by the feeding mechanism. After the photoelectric switch detects material, the synchronous transfer mechanism feeds the permanent magnet rotor at intervals of 100 millimeters until it reaches the gripping position. When the photoelectric sensor detects material, the claw grips the rotor and simultaneously transfers the assembled rotor with the snap ring jig to the unloading bracket.
