Practical Heating Furnace Door Design Description
1. This furnace door is suitable for a double-layer heating furnace, allowing each layer's door to be opened separately.
2. Lifting the door upwards opens it; the upper and lower doors are connected through a transverse bar.
3. A gear rack drives the connecting rod to the left, lifting the upper door independently.
4. After the upper door descends into position, the gear rack drives the connecting rod to the right, lifting both doors simultaneously. This action opens the lower furnace chamber and raises the lower door to the upper position, closing the upper furnace chamber.
