Automatic wire welding machine for pressure sensors. The equipment includes multiple stations and multiple processes. The sequence of operations is as follows: after winding wire feeding and positioning, it is cut to length (length can be set), wire feeding, soldering, sensor iron sheet feeding, soldering wire, indexing table rotates, dispensing head dispenses glue, indexing table rotates, rivet riveting, indexing table rotates, CCD checks qualified products. Indexing table rotates, robotic arm automatically sorts and unloads. The entire process is highly automated without manual intervention, and the equipment has been produced and verified to operate reliably.
