The RJ45 connector crimp test machine is a device designed for assembling RJ45 network interface products for customers. It is entirely designed using SW and can be modified and edited. The RJ45 connector crimp test machine is manually assembled with a casing, PCB components, and pins, which are then placed into the straight vibration-feeding, claw extraction shifting, claw extraction guiding, crimping, claw clamping, and subsequent station for conduction testing. It is currently in use. Due to one-to-one testing, the operation time is too long, and the capacity can only reach 20 pcs/min. It just meets customer needs, with one person assembly time being around 4 seconds, saving a total of 2 operators for crimping and testing.
