This equipment is an assembly device for the G-sensor components in automotive seatbelt retractors. Due to the G-sensor's very compact size and high precision, manual production speeds are low. This equipment can automatically assemble and palletize the five parts of the G-sensor. The device is equipped with four vibrating feeders for automatic feeding, which includes the functionality of automatic assembly, inspection, and finished product palletizing. It is very suitable as a reference for the design of similar products.
