1. Structure: This automatic inspection equipment mainly comprises an incoming material guiding module, coplanarity & glue post inspection module, alignment inspection module, gold pin inspection module, defective product recycling module, flipping module, display control module, frame module, etc. 2. Function: Inspects the coplanarity, alignment, and absence of silver needle & glass bead pin; silver needle length; glue post absence, tilting; gold pin projection, shrinkage, and if it is properly pressed in place, front-end docking with plug pin machine, back-end docking with assembly line. 3. Complete structure, stable functionality, compatible with 2 types of products, already in production, and participated in exhibitions, with a production capacity of 40K/D. 4. The equipment uses SolidWorks 2013 version, processed parts include parameters, and are editable, also includes STEP format. 5. For reference and learning by everyone.
