SolidWorks Parametric Tablet Press 3D Model, designed using SolidWorks 2013. It includes detailed 3D modeling and engineering drawings. The models can be divided into single punch tablet press, basket type tablet press, rotary tablet press, sub-high-speed rotary tablet press, fully automatic high-speed tablet press, and rotary core tablet press. The working process of the tablet press can be divided into the following steps: (1) The lower punch's head (with its working position facing upwards) extends into the die from the lower end of the die hole, sealing the bottom of the die hole; (2) Fill the die hole with medication using a feeder; (3) The upper punch's head (with its working position facing downwards) falls into the die hole from the upper end and moves down a certain stroke to compress the powder into a tablet; (4) The upper punch lifts out of the hole. The lower punch rises to eject the tablet from the die hole, completing one tablet pressing process; (5) The lower punch returns to its original position, preparing for the next filling.
