Terminal Cutting Carrier Tape Packaging Machine Equipment Introduction: 1. Terminals attached to each other automatically reach the cutting position via the feeding end. The terminals use a dual ratchet mechanism, allowing loading and unloading to achieve zero waste of terminals. There is a waste cutting and collecting mechanism at the rear end of the feeding mechanism; 2. The carrier tape is transported through a stepper motor and ratchet mechanism; 3. The automatic suction mechanism simultaneously holds 3 products, then cuts at the cutting position; 4. The handling mechanism adjusts the pitch of the cut terminals during transportation, then places them in the carrier tape. The handling mechanism uses a servo motor cam mechanism, which is fast and low-noise; 5. Automatic sealing tape. This equipment has been put into production and has 3D and 2D engineering drawings.
