This equipment uses constant temperature heating, dual fixtures on left and right platforms, and dual button start operation. It employs vacuum adsorption/clamp positioning, with two CCDs for upper alignment and one CCD for lower alignment. The human-machine interface is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC). It is suitable for hot pressing processes of LCDs and FPC, FOG, SENSOR and FPC, FOG under 17 inches. Inside, there is an additional purchase part BOM, which you can refer to for learning if interested.
