KUKA K6 robot and Naboshi center robot load the frame parts into the fixture. Clamps are set when nesting restrictions are fully completed. Upon confirming the clamping position, the fixture tilts towards four KUKA K-16 robot welders on the other side of the fixture. The rail-mounted Naboshi robot tilts back and removes the fully welded frame, dropping it onto the assembly line pallet. Cycle time is 1:18. Equipped with STEP format.
