Six-station laminating machine 3D model, this drawing is the original work of several generations of predecessors in the company and optimized machine platform, mainly including automatic feeding, six-station circulation line, and a more optimized general-purpose film laminating and labeling machine. The machine workflow: The automatic feeding part uses a combined single-axis suction to place materials onto the fixture plate of the six-station circulation line. The circulation line is driven by a stepping motor, which transports the belt to the laminating station for film lamination. After film laminating and labeling at the six stations, it circulates again to the loading and unloading area. The structure is complex and the mechanism is novel, making it very referential.
