Bottom coding conveyor line (custom equipment for a well-known cosmetics company)

A well-known cosmetics company has commissioned a 3D model of a bottom coding conveyor line. This equipment is designed for coding the bottom of round bottle cosmetics. The initial section of the product connects with the company's existing conveyor belt, while the end section, controlled by two cylinders, drops the product one at a time to connect with the company's packaging machine. The transitional clamping disk in the middle facilitates bottom coding! This is also my first bold design using a clamping disk mode! Previously, bottom coding was achieved using clamps or dual conveyors, but considering that dual conveyors can easily tip over bottles, I chose this design!
