The magnet is positioned in a tubular mechanism using its own weight, automatically cycling for material supply. Two cylinders are combined in series to separately push the magnets onto the magnet assembly jig for positioning. Each cylinder pushes 8 magnets at a time, pushing twice in total. Cylinder ① operates and pushes the jig with magnets to the automatic dispensing workstation. The dispensing robot operates, and 8 dispensing heads complete the dispensing process in 2 steps. At this point, cylinder ④ operates to push the jig without magnets to the magnet-loading station, and cylinder ① operates again to push the jig to the dispensing workstation. This cycle continues... 2. The jig with magnets and finished dispensing is pushed to the automatic piece pressing station, with chess pawn vibration plate dual-channel automatic feeding (2 per feed), the pressing mechanism operates (to synchronize with assembly line timing, there are a total of 4 pressing mechanisms arranged sequentially) to press together the chess pawn and magnet. Similarly, the other chess pieces, like kings, queens, rooks, knights, and bishops, are respectively fed by five vibration plates and each pressed individually with a magnet. 3. After the pressing process is completed, the jig and 16 chess pieces are pushed by cylinder ② to the unloading workstation, where the unloading manipulator grabs 16 chess pieces at once and places them on the unloading box. Cylinder ③ pushes the jig onto the conveyor belt. The belt motor rotates to send the jig to the waiting position for cylinder ④. 4. The entire return cycle path is composed step by step from steps 1, 2, and 3. The design purpose of this chess magnet dispensing assembly machine is to reduce human resource input and labor intensity, minimize product quality issues caused by human emotions, and improve production efficiency. The equipment features automatic material feeding and dispensing, automatic assembly and unloading, and automatic jig cycling. Solidworks 2012 source files shared.
