The dual-station automatic labeling machine uses a dual feeder supply system. It alerts and alarms when there is a label supply shortage, prompting a replacement of materials. The dual-station equipment continues production without shutting down to increase capacity. It uses a Hiwin linear KK screw module driven by a servo motor. The operation includes analyzing feeder output, moving the module to absorb the labels, positioning, and labeling. Products are supplied through the assembly line.
