This production line is used for packing the assembled elevator header into wooden crates. It employs a 160KG 6-axis robot. The wooden crates are placed on a movable trolley to enable loading and unloading. Besides grabbing and packing the header, the robot also functions to grab wooden strips. Additionally, it needs to pick up the header's fixture plate and place it on the conveyor belt of the second level to achieve the cyclic use of the fixture plate.
