This is a labeling-roll material module:
The standard components include cylinders, motors, speed control valves, and high-precision adjustable angle seats of various specifications;
The incoming material method is roll material, which is then matched with positioning jigs, in-place sensing sensors, to carry out the labeling of small materials;
Precision level: ±0.05, air pressure requirement: 0.5Mpa±0.1, power requirement: AC220V;
After hanging the material, damping is applied by the friction cone, feeding is conducted by rollers with positioning pressure plates and guides, materials are stripped by a stripping plate, and then vacuum picked and placed by a pick-up cylinder. The take-up is assisted by a guide wheel for material tape collection.
