A 3D model of a Suzuki engine designed in NX, with the assembly in Solidworks drawing format and the part drawings in Prt format. The drawings are complete. This model consists of 1 assembly and 212 part drawings. The Suzuki engine is designed with a concept focused on lightweight, compact size, and minimal friction loss, featuring characteristics such as power efficiency, durability, and low noise. The engine's most notable feature is its excellent fuel economy. In terms of technical methods, the K14B engine utilizes DOHC 16V valves to fully optimize the intake combustion system and enhance the structural design of the engine block, combustion chamber, and other parts, ensuring very thorough combustion during operation. Additionally, it employs the latest technology in its eccentric crankshaft, low-tension piston rings, and low-load valve springs, allowing the engine to achieve low friction. The internal stress and friction losses are minimal, significantly reducing fuel consumption and meeting the Euro IV emission standards while ensuring that power output is not affected.
