Tape Tearing Equipment

1. Manually place the product with protective film and protective paper into the fixture, then leave the grating range. 2. Manually press the start button, the grating will check for no obstruction, and in the case of no obstruction, the lining board fixing cylinder will move (rotate and press); refer to "lining board pressing steps." 3. The X-axis and Y-axis move to the set positions, the tape peeler pre-press module reverts, and the Y-axis direction does not require pre-press. 4. The Z-axis moves down to the predetermined position, the clamping tape slice is placed into the clamping position, the cylinder clamps the tape, the press module presses the protective film, the tape peeler Z-axis slowly moves up, the Y-axis moves slowly, the A-axis rotates approximately 90°, and the X-axis moves to throw the tape into the recycling box. 5. Based on the parameters (position, quantity), repeat steps 3-5 to complete the designated amount of tape peeling in the current direction. 6. The Z-axis returns to position, the tape peeler module and the press module rotate 90°. 7. The X-axis and Y-axis move to the set positions, the Z-axis moves to the predetermined position. 8. The tape peeler X-axis pre-press module moves to the set position, pre-pressing on the X-axis direction protective film. 9. Based on the parameters (position, quantity), repeat step 4 to achieve the designated amount of tape peeling in the current direction. 10. The Y-axis moves to the material handling position. 11. The product reaches the manual material handling position, the lining board fixing cylinder returns to position, and the product with the protective film removed.
